*** IInterfood shareholding Company- Former Interfood Processing Industry Ltd was established on 16 Nov,1991,which company’s main activity was processing agricultural products, seafood to canned, dried, frozen, preserved, pickled products. In 1994, company’s business was expanded by penetrating into biscuit segment. In 2003, company was approved to produce carbonated fruit juice and fruit juice with low alcohol content, and then was approved to produce purified water and pet bottle in January 2005.
On April 2004, Interfood signed a processing agreement with AVA food Industries Ltd to mitigate its production, space and logistic constraints at its Bien Hoa factory whereby AVA provides the production facilities and Interfood provides the technology and machineries.
