- Vietnam economy has been developing rapidly for a past decade. After joining WTO, together with the open policy to welcome foreign investors, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a firm destination of investors worldwide. Vietnam has proven to be the most dynamic ecnomy in the region.
- Among economic sectors, Real Estates is most interested by domestic and foreign investors. Statistics shows that particularly in Ho Chi Minh City, 90% of foreign direct investment (FDI) is poured to Real Estates sector during the first quarter of 2008.
