Sino–Pacific Construction Consultancy (SPCC) Co., Ltd is an international company established as a joint venture between CT&D (Central Trading and Development Group) and CSCEC (China State Construction Engineering Corporation).

In cooperation with its parent company - CT&D in Taiwan, SPCC was established over ten years ago to carry out a number of major infrastructure projects: the Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Hiep Phuoc Power Plant and Saigon South (Phu My Hung) New Urban Area. Today, SPCC continues to actively participate in the development of Saigon South.

 SPCC is a corporation of experienced international specialists in the areas of planning, architecture, construction project management, construction products and services, road and bridge design and construction in Vietnam.

  The company’s total workforce currently numbers approximately 700 staff.
