- Coats Phong Phu., Ltd. (CPP) is a joint venture between Coats Holdings Ltd. and Phong Phu Textile Company (Vietnam). It is established on July 25th, 1989. The total capital investment is US$14.6 million that is contributed 75% and 25% respectively by the foreign and Vietnamese partners. - Over the years, CPP has been sustaining and growing steadily and speedily. In 2005, CPP has a total number of 800 permanent employees, from which over 15% has obtained graduate education, and approximately 37% of executive level (>=C5) have achieved or are on the progress to achieve postgraduate degree. CPP has 2 factories located in Ho Chi Minh city and Hanoi and 1 representative office in Danang.
