Main responsibility:
• Receive and answer incoming calls; check and reply e-mails.
• Prepare and manage contracts, correspondences.
• Take minutes for Sales meetings.
• Handle requests and customer complains.
• Co-ordinate with Accounting Department to solve the method of payment, receive and refund deposit.

• Prepare the company’s documents for tender.
• Organize and make plan to implement the project.

• Support to the Import-Export Department and Technical Department to make Product Plan, set-up equipment system.
• Assist to the Accounting Department to prepare documents such as: contract, recipt, invoice, import-export document, hand-over certification.
