1. Short-term and long-term car rental package

Provide package service including car, driver, fuel, insurance to customers.

a. Car: All types of 4 to 16 seats for meeting all specific demand of customer. To maintain cars as per recommendation of manufactures. BigBigTrans provides all types of car as per requirement of customers.

b. Driver: With professional recruitment and training policies, skilful, good working manner drivers, BigBigTrans guarantees that customers will receive good services every time at everywhere. Drivers are classified so that customers can make their choice to fit to their demand and finance.

c. Flexible package price policy: Besides basic package (please refer to standard quotation), there are many alternatives offered to customers for their selection so as to provide the highest using efficiency for each renting purpose with reasonable price to bring satisfactory to customer.

d. Supportive operation group: Always provides supporting information to customers and drivers so as to handle matters at the soonest, most efficient. We have helpful support on destination location of customers.

e. Insurance: Besides compulsory insurance, BigBigTrans also enters voluntary insurance policy for vehicles and customers with compensation value to 50,000,000 VND / person/ case.

2. Car Rental in part

a. Self-drive car rental:
At present BigBigTrans only provides self-driver car rental service to members of Big Club with surprised preferential rental fee and abundant types of cars and professional maintenance team.
Only applicable for weekend and holidays.

* Conditions to be a member of Big Club:
- Employers of customers and partners of BigBigTrans and subsidiaries of Uni-Bros. Group.
- Having driving licenses.
- Provide information as per registration form of của BigBigTrans. Download registration form

b. Rent-a-driver:
BigBigTrans provides drivers according to A, B standard for customers to select as per their requirements so as not to waste their time for recruitment, training as well as personnel management.

Driver of standard A: 5-year experience of serving foreigners, having skills of safe driving, speed, sophisticated serving, foreign language communication.
Driver of standard B: 2 -year experience of serving foreigners, having skills of safe driving, standard serving, good foreign language understanding.
Driver of standard C: same as standard B without foreign language capability.

3. Transportation by Motorbike

a. Travelling by motorbike:
As same as car rental service, BigBigTrans can satisfy customer who need fast, convenient but safe and personal travelling with monthly motorbike rental service with a flexible itinerary. Driver is safe, experienced and honest.

b. Delivery service by motorbike:
Provide goods and document delivery service for offices and companies with an effective cost, professional staff and in confidential way.
